For reasons untold, a young woman is thrown off a cliff to her death by her vengeful father. She is washed out into the bay where, for many years, her skeleton drifts to-and-fro along the sea floor. The bay becomes an area of ill omen and is avoided by local fishermen. However, one day a young fisherman ventures into the area. While fishing, he... [3'16] |
...snags the skeleton in his net. In terror, he throws it back into the water and rushes home, unaware that the skeleton remains attached to his fishing gear. Upon arriving at his hut, he discovers the now fragmented skeleton tangled up in his nets. He is horrified, but... [2'34] |
...horror turns to compassion as he begins to wonder to whom the bones belong and what fate has befallen their owner. He carefully reorders the skeleton and goes to bed. [1'26] |
During the night, the skeleton reanimates... [0'28] |
It approaches the man while he sleeps and proceeds to dig his heart from his chest. While holding it, flesh grows back onto the bones; the skeleton becomes human again. She replaces his heart, seals up the wound and gets into bed with the young man. [5'29] [all files: mp3 (128kbps), stereo] |
